I’m the owner of H Sauce KC, a fermented sauce brand based in Kansas City, Kansas.

H Sauce KC's origin story began long before our official launch in 2022. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I noticed a decline in flavor and an excessive spice level in the hot sauce market. At the same time, my husband Howard (the H in H Sauce!) had perfected his homemade hot sauce – a fermented, versatile blend that struck the perfect balance. Combining our passion for food and flavor, we created H Sauce KC. By putting premium ingredients first and adding modern branding, we have built a loyal customer base. Our mission is to elevate dining experiences by infusing every dish with impeccable flavor.

Since launching H Sauce KC, we’ve sold thousands of bottles and cultivated a loyal following. H Sauce has won multiple International Flave awards and is stocked in over 20 specialty shops and restaurants.
